Answers: 

1) Himachal Pradesh - In 1970, the State of Himachal Pradesh Act was passed in the Parliament and the state came into existence from January 25, 1971. It is the 18th Indian state to be formed in the country. Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar was its first chief minister. 

2) Suhas Yathiraj - Suhas Lalinakere Yathiraj, current district magistrate of Noida, has become the first IAS officer to win Paralympics medal. He lost gold to top seed Lucas Mazur of France in the men’s singles SL4 class final at the Tokyo Paralympics on September 5. In the Tokyo Paralympics, India has won 19 medals. 

3) Bengaluru - The Bengaluru airport has launched India’s first dedicated Express Cargo Terminal recently. It has been constructed by the Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) at an area of 200,000 sq.ft.

4) Cricket - The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is a domestic Twenty20 cricket championship in India, organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. 

5) 250 - The potential seating capacity of the Rajya Sabha is 250 (238 elected, 12 appointed).
